Senior Class Speech Competition
Senior Class speeches – Friday morning, 11 am, in Te Hora Room. We have been practising our speeches at school but also need to ensure that students are practising at home as well.  Remember that enthusiasm, a clear voice, steady pace and use of hand and facial gestures are all important in making for a winning speech! Parents, grandparents and friends are encouraged to come along to support the children, as well as being entertained. The Senior students will be judged by Ian Cameron and Hazel Booth from the Havelock Lions Club. Cash prizes will be awarded for 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th placings overall
